Built on craftsmanship.
Driven by detail.
We are a Melbourne-based custom cabinet maker and joinery business. We build things properly, communicate clearly, and deliver what we say we will — every time.
Custom cabinetry built the right way, from our Knoxfield workshop.
Epic Cabinet is a custom cabinet maker and joinery business based in Knoxfield, in Melbourne's south-east. We design and build cabinetry for kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, bedrooms, and living spaces — all made to measure, all built to last.
Thomas leads the business with a hands-on approach — from the first design conversation to the final day of installation. He is described by clients as professional, responsive, skilled, and genuinely easy to work with. When you engage Epic Cabinet, you work with someone who cares about the outcome as much as you do.
We serve homeowners across Melbourne's inner, south, and south-eastern suburbs. Our work spans kitchens, vanities, wardrobes, laundry cabinetry, and bespoke joinery projects. For clients who want stone benchtops, we coordinate that process through our trusted stone mason partners — so the whole project comes together seamlessly.
Four things that define how we operate.
Quality Workmanship
Every cabinet is built with premium materials and finished to a trade quality standard. Clients consistently describe our work as solid, smooth, and beautifully finished — language that reflects what we aim for on every job.
On-Time Delivery
Thomas and the team are known for punctuality and delivering to schedule. Multiple reviewers specifically highlight that projects were completed on time. It's something we take seriously because we know how important it is during a renovation.
Clear Communication
We respond promptly, explain our decisions clearly, and keep you informed throughout. Clients describe the experience as easy, patient, and flexible. Questions are always welcome and feedback is always acted on.
Genuine Design Advice
Thomas helps with material selection, colour choices, layout decisions, and practical solutions. Multiple clients say they were impressed by the knowledge and design guidance they received — it's part of the service, not an extra.
Thomas leads every project from start to finish.
Thomas is the founder of Epic Cabinet and the person you deal with throughout your project. He brings strong cabinetry knowledge, design experience, and a commitment to the kind of workmanship that gets recommended.
Reviewers describe him as knowledgeable, dedicated, skilled, and easy to communicate with. He takes time to understand what you actually want, offers practical suggestions where they're useful, and works with patience and flexibility through the design and installation process.
When a project requires stone benchtop fabrication, Thomas coordinates with trusted stone mason partners and manages the process alongside the cabinetry installation — making the experience smooth and consistent for you as the client.
